Beckham County Court Clerk Records

The Beckham County Court Clerk handles all criminal case files in the county. The office is at 302 East Main Street, Sayre, OK 73662. Call (580) 928-3330 for questions. The court clerk keeps records on felony cases, misdemeanor charges, traffic violations, civil suits, and probate matters. Payment at the clerk's office can be made by cash, money order, certified check, or card.

Beckham County has a district court plus three municipal courts in Elk City, Erick, and Sayre. Municipal courts hear city ordinance violations and some misdemeanor criminal cases. If someone was charged under a city ordinance rather than state law, that case may only show up in the municipal court and not in the district court system. Beckham County Criminal Record Fees

Costs depend on what you need and where you get it. The court clerk charges $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each page after that. Certified copies cost more. The Oklahoma Open Records Act sets a cap of 25 cents per page for standard copies. Certified copies cannot exceed one dollar per page under Title 51 O.S. Section 24A.5. Search requests that take a lot of staff time may cost $10 to $25 per hour.
