Office hours run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the office stays open through the lunch hour. The court clerk keeps files on all criminal cases heard in the Garfield County District Court. That means felony cases, misdemeanor charges, traffic violations, and protective order filings all go through this office. You can request copies of case records in person or by mail.
Copy fees at the Garfield County Court Clerk's office are $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each page after that. Certification costs an added $0.50 per document. Mail requests may take one to two days to process once the office gets them. Records more than ten years old are kept off-site, so those take a bit longer to pull. The clerk's office does not give legal advice and will not help fill out court forms. Under Title 28 O.S. Section 153, the court clerk must provide access to all public court records during normal business hours. If you want a certified copy of a conviction or judgment, ask for it at the front desk and bring a form of payment.

Garfield County Sheriff Criminal Records
